30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility
Item must be in the same condition received, unworn, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Do not send items back without approval.
Approved returns will receive instructions and a return label.

Damages or Issues
Contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Custom, perishable, personal care, or hazardous items are not eligible.

Exchanges
Return the item, then place a new order.

EU Orders
EU customers have a 14-day right to cancel or return. Same condition requirements apply.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
